Page not loading

Refresh the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection.

Enrollment not working

Ensure you've completed all required fields in the enrollment form. Contact support if the issue continues.

Progress not saving

Make sure you're enrolled and have an active student ID. Try refreshing the page to reload your progress.

Dispensary Issues

App not installing

Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements (Android 7+ or iOS 13+). Download from the official app store.

Inventory not syncing

Check your internet connection. Go to Settings → Sync to force a manual sync.

Receipt printer not working

Verify the printer is connected via Bluetooth or USB. Restart both the printer and the Dispensary app.
