What success looks like

Before you finish this course, it is important to be clear on what you are working towards. Success as a field agent is not about how many pharmacies you visit — it is about whether those pharmacies are actually using the platform after you leave.

A successful pharmacy visit means

• The pharmacist or a staff member has processed at least one walk-in sale on Dispensary
• They understand how to manage their inventory and update stock
• They know how to add users and set up payouts if not already done
• They have a support contact for issues
• You have completed and submitted your visit report

A successful agent

• Prepares thoroughly before every visit
• Conducts themselves professionally in every pharmacy
• Trains with patience — different staff learn at different speeds
• Reports honestly — including visits that did not go well
• Escalates problems rather than ignoring or guessing

Remember

The pharmacies you visit are already on the platform. They have already taken the first step.

Your job is to make sure that step leads somewhere — that they actually use what they signed up for.
