Your role as a field agent

As a Dispensary field agent, your job is to train and onboard pharmacies onto the platform. You are the human bridge between the technology and the people using it.

What you do

• Visit assigned pharmacies that are already registered on Dispensary
• Train pharmacists and pharmacy staff on how to use the platform’s features
• Ensure each pharmacy completes at least one walk-in sale before you leave
• Answer questions and address concerns within your capability
• Log issues and escalate what you cannot resolve
• Report on every visit to your Famasi Africa coordinator

What you do not do

• You do not sell Dispensary to pharmacies that have not signed up without prior approval
• You do not make promises about features, pricing, or timelines that have not been confirmed to you
• You do not troubleshoot technical issues beyond your training — escalate these
• You do not speak on behalf of Dispensary on matters you are not authorised to address
